Autism & Neurodiversity Specialist

Ongoing
Established in 1998, we are the first online global information and resource center for autism. We are expanding our mission to be a channel, arts network and education portal for parents, educators, professionals and people on the spectrum. Featured in mainstream media for close to 30 years, we've hosted 73 conferences across North America and written over 14 books. See autismtoday.com.

The position includes researching the top autism and neurodiversity experts around the globe including areas of interest such as social skills, communication, sensory issues, going to college, getting a job, early intervention, dating and the list grows on and on. When the experts are found they are entered into a database with their name, title, website, email, phone number. Then send email out to connect with our partner.
Why should you volunteer for this opportunity?
Volunteers will gain experience in research, possible opportunities for future employment, letters of reference and recognition. If they know someone in the autism and neurodiversity community they will appreciate the information and the connections. The role will also build valuable, long standing relationships in the community.
