Under One Roof is an initiative of Squamish Helping Hands Society. The building is located in downtown Squamish and provides more than just affordable supportive housing and emergency shelter for those in need. Under One Roof contains a community food hub including the Food Bank, daily meal service, showers, laundry, clothing and supplies.

Our vision is a safe and healthy community for all.
Squamish Helping Hands Society is dedicated to supporting people in our community through our work to inspire hope and independence.
Utilizing a harm reduction approach, we do this through our programs and services of culturally aligned care in the areas of:
Health and wellbeing
Shelter and transitional housing
Food security
Community outreach
As an inclusive organization, we welcome everyone with respect and dignity, aiming to build capacity and empower individuals.
