Mental health illness and trauma remains the foundation for systematic poverty, addiction, violence, homelessness, and an overall low quality of life. The Fresh For Life Foundation is here to halt this cycle and provide alternative opportunities to youth and young adults who are ready to heal, and to discover their true path in life throughout a series of holistic approaches that cater to each individual.

Through group classes, one-on-one sessions, and community programs, Fresh For Life Foundation will recreate the benchmark for assisting individuals to succeed longterm in all aspects of their lives, thereby providing relief from poverty and ending a dependance upon the social welfare system.
