STEM Montessori Academy of Canada (SMAC-SIAC) is a registered not-for-profit organization specializing in science, technology, engineering, and math. (STEM) programming is open to all students with the mission to deliver top-notch STEM literacy and application. The SMAC will specialize in an advanced bar-none. STEM-based educational curriculum that emphasizes the interconnected subject areas of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) Do you want to be part of a dynamic international STEM Canada YouTube production team? Are you passionate about creating compelling video content and eager to gain hands-on experience in the world of digital media? We invite you to showcase your skills and make an impact by volunteering for 4 months on our exciting new STEM Canada YouTube channel project. As a valued member of our team, you’ll collaborate with talented professionals, contribute to innovative content, and build a portfolio that stands out in the industry. Join us and turn your creativity into captivating stories that will reach audiences around the globe! Location: Remote Time Commitment: 6 hours a week Responsibilities: • Develop and deliver engaging video content aligned with SMAC-SIAC's mission and goals. • Research and prepare scripts for various STEM-related topics. • Host and conduct interviews with experts, students, and industry professionals. • Collaborate with the channel management team to create a compelling on-screen presence. • Build and maintain a strong connection with the audience through interactive elements. • Represent SMAC-SIAC at STEM-related events and conferences. Qualifications: • Strong passion for STEM education and a deep understanding of the subject matter. • Excellent communication and public speaking skills. • Confident and engaging on-camera presence. • Ability to write clear and concise scripts. • Experience in video production or hosting (preferred).
