STEM Montessori Academy of Canada (SMAC-SIAC) is a registered not-for-profit organization specializing in science, technology, engineering, and math. (STEM) programming is open to all students with the mission to deliver top-notch STEM literacy and application. The SMAC will specialize in an advanced bar-none. STEM-based educational curriculum that emphasizes the interconnected subject areas of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM)

Are you passionate about creating compelling video content and eager to gain hands-on experience in the world of digital media? We invite you to showcase your skills and make an impact by volunteering for 4 months on our exciting new STEM Canada YouTube channel project. As a valued member of our team, you’ll collaborate with talented professionals, contribute to innovative content, and build a portfolio that stands out in the industry. Join us and turn your creativity into captivating stories that will reach audiences around the globe!
 
Responsibilities:
•	Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase channel visibility and 
        engagement.
•	Create engaging social media content to promote YouTube videos and channel.
•	Manage and maintain the channel's social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, 
         TikTok).
•	Monitor social media platforms for trends, mentions, and audience feedback.
•	Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and social media interactions.
•	Track and analyze social media performance metrics to measure campaign success.
•	Collaborate with the channel management team to align social media efforts with overall 
         goals.

Qualifications:
•	Strong understanding of social media platforms and their audiences.
•	Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•	Ability to create engaging and compelling social media content.
•	Experience in social media analytics and reporting.
•	Passion for STEM education and the ability to connect with the target audience.
