STEM-based educational curriculum that emphasizes the interconnected subject areas of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM)

Do you want to be part of a dynamic international STEM Canada YouTube production team? Are you passionate about creating compelling video content and eager to gain hands-on experience in the world of digital media? We invite you to showcase your skills and make an impact by volunteering for 4 months on our exciting new STEM Canada YouTube channel project. As a valued member of our team, you’ll collaborate with talented professionals, contribute to innovative content, and build a portfolio that stands out in the industry. Join us and turn your creativity into captivating stories that will reach audiences around the globe!

Responsibilities:
Create compelling and visually appealing thumbnails that accurately represent video content.
Understand and incorporate YouTube's thumbnail guidelines and best practices.
Experiment with different design styles and elements to optimize click-through rates.
Collaborate with the video production team to ensure thumbnail consistency with video content.
Stay up to date with design trends and audience preferences.
Analyze thumbnail performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Understanding of visual storytelling and composition.
Ability to create visually engaging and attention-grabbing designs.
Knowledge of YouTube and social media platforms.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
