Role Overview
As the Executive Assistant to the President, you will play a vital role in supporting Tech2Step’s leadership. This role combines administrative expertise with strategic support, offering unparalleled exposure to high-level operations. From managing daily schedules to contributing to organizational processes, you will directly impact Tech2Step’s growth and success.
Please note: This is a volunteer, unpaid role. Applicants should be passionate about contributing to a meaningful cause and gaining hands-on experience, but please be aware that this is not a paid position.

Key Responsibilities
•	Administrative Support: Manage the President's calendar, coordinate meetings, and prioritize daily tasks.
•	Communication Coordination: Draft, review, and manage correspondence, including emails, reports, and presentations.
•	Documentation: Organize and maintain records, reports, and other critical documents to ensure seamless accessibility.
•	Event Coordination: Collaborate with the Events Team to assist in planning and logistics for signature networking events.
•	Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and create templates for operational efficiency.
•	Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
•	Special Projects: Provide support for ad hoc projects, including research, data analysis, and strategy development as needed.

Qualifications
•	Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
•	Prior experience in administration or as an executive assistant is an asset.
•	Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
•	Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
•	Proficiency with office tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management software.
•	High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
