Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and creative Graphic Designer to help shape our visual identity and engage our audience across various platforms. As a key part of our team, you will create high-quality graphics for our social media, marketing, and event materials to enhance our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
•	Design visually appealing content for social media, marketing materials, and event promotions.
•	Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure cohesive and consistent visuals across all platforms.
•	Develop and evolve our brand's visual identity, including logos, typography, and color palettes.
•	Design templates and assets for social media, presentations, email headers, and more.
•	Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
•	Collaborate with team members to ensure designs align with Tech2Step's mission and values.
Qualifications
•	Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
•	Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
•	Ability to create cohesive and visually appealing content.
