° Volunteer Email Marketing Specialist °

• Location: Remote

• Time Commitment: Approx. 5 hours per week (may vary)

Are you passionate about email marketing and communication? Do you want to use your skills to help a nonprofit engage with its audience effectively? ARK is looking for a Volunteer Email Marketing Specialist to assist with external newsletters and internal communications!

— What You’ll Do:
• Assist in drafting and scheduling external newsletters and internal communications
• Write engaging subject lines and email copy to encourage readership
• Ensure consistency in messaging and brand tone across email campaigns
• Use Mailchimp to format and send emails
• Analyze open rates and engagement metrics to refine email strategies

• Experience with Mailchimp and email marketing best practices
• Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
• Ability to create structured and engaging email content
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
