Office Administrator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to help manage the day-to-day administrative tasks that keep our organization running smoothly. This is a volunteer position ideal for someone passionate about community service and looking to gain experience in non-profit administration. This is a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
•	Manage and organize office files and documents (digital and physical).
•	Respond to emails and phone inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
•	Schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
•	Assist with data entry and maintaining volunteer and donor databases.
•	Coordinate logistics for workshops, programs, and other events.
•	Help prepare materials for meetings, such as agendas and minutes.
•	Provide general administrative support to staff and board members.
•	Maintain office supplies and equipment, ordering as necessary.
•	Assist with communications, including newsletters and social media support.

Qualifications:
•	Strong organizational and time management skills.
•	Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
•	Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•	Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
•	Experience in administrative or office work is a plus but not required.
