Volunteers to Set-up or Clean-Up

We are thrilled to be holding the 2025 Celebration Cocktail event on Thursday, February 20 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The Events Team is looking for 2-3 volunteers to set up or clean up the venue for the event. The theme is to Celebrate Diversity!

This evening event is for adults only, held in Calgary (Barley Belt). The event features Cocktails, buffet of bites, a short-films screening, silent auction, and entertainment.

Responsibilities 
Set up the venue 3:00 to 5:30 pm
Clean up the venue from 9:00 to 10:30 pm.
Optional: Stay for the event to greet guests and support with the Auction. Snack provided.

Time Commitment: 
Set-up: 2.5 hours on Thursday, February 20
Clean-up: 1.5 hours on Thursday, February 20
Optional during-event support: 3 hours on Thursday, February 20.

Your name or company logo will be featured as a Thank You! Also, a light snack will be offered to you if you volunteer during the event. Please let us know of any dietary allergies.
