Calgary Corporate Challenge

Calgary Corporate Challenge is a community of builders focused on increasing employee engagement and wellness through diverse, inclusive events that result in increased corporate pride and a sense of connection within the Calgary business network.

It's been said that an average person spends 90,000 hours of their life at work - so you might as well try to make some friends in that time. At CCC, we're committed to building a positive company culture and nurturing teams with our various off-season events (Human Bonspiel, anyone?) and our flagship event - the September Games - when over 160 Calgary companies every year participate in 20+ Olympic-style Sports & Games over 16 days. We also support 10 local charities in an annual Charity Challenge that coincides with the Games.

It's not all fun and games, though! It's a lot of long days and nights, organizing and prepping, and executing, and that's where our Primary Volunteers come in. We have over 80 volunteers that dedicate their time to help make sure these events are safe, organized, and fun for everyone! They do everything from photography to registration and event coordinating to score tracking and medal ceremonies. We literally could not do what we do without them, and we know it!
