Calgary Foothills Primary Care Network supports family physicians and primary care clinics in Cochrane and Northwest Calgary. As a Primary Care Network, we have a team of health care professionals, such as nurses, dietitians, social workers, and pharmacists, who work collaboratively with family doctors to support your health and wellbeing. Our goal is to partner with our community to incorporate patient feedback, the lived experiences of our community members, and the input of families to continue to grow our services.
