Volunteer Document Coordinator

Condo Owners Forum is all about helping Condo Owners learn about Condos.


As the Volunteer Document Coordinator you will assist in writing and development of our Board Handbook and Volunteer Handbook. Our goal ultimately is to maximize interest towards our handbooks by exceeding expectations that our client base has of us. To do this effectively, you must be exceptional in your writing. 

Responsibilities:

Document Coordinator:
- Must have prior HR experience
- Exceptional writing skills
- Ethical approach to solutions
- In possession of relevant certification 
- Exceptional peoples skills
- Exceptional grammar
- proficient with technology
- proficient in delivering materials of interest
- Must be well aware of Condo Owners
- Must demonstrate understanding of handling workplace conflicts professionally
- must demonstrate proficiency in content creation
- Must be exceptionally friendly in order to calmly handle clients in case things go sideways
- must be in direct contact with the appropriate team leads in order to help facilitate their needs

Qualifications and Skills:

- prior HR experience is a must

- Must maintain direct contact with appropriate team leads in order to ensure their needs are being met effectively
