Description:
Condo Owners Forum Society of Alberta (COF) is dedicated to helping condo owners learn about and navigate the condo world. As the Volunteer Webinar Tech Support, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero ensuring our popular webinars run smoothly and provide a seamless experience for attendees, presenters, and the event team.

Working alongside our event and education teams, you’ll interact with presenters and attendees from across Alberta, helping create an engaging and inclusive virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and manage Zoom webinars, ensuring a smooth start and technical stability throughout.
Support attendees and presenters with any technical issues before, during, and after the webinar.
Collaborate with the event team to test and troubleshoot webinar platforms and tools.
Monitor chat and Q&A features, providing support to participants and relaying questions to presenters.
Ensure proper use of Google Workspace tools to coordinate webinar resources and schedules.
Manage webinar recordings and distribute them to the appropriate channels post-event.
Qualifications and Skills:

Proficiency with Zoom and Google Workspace (training available for the right candidate).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Passion for creating welcoming and accessible virtual environments.
