At Condo Owners Forum Society of Alberta (COF), we empower condo owners by providing resources, education, and a sense of community. As the Volunteer Wild Apricot Technician, you’ll ensure our membership management system runs seamlessly, helping COF stay connected and organized. Your expertise will be a cornerstone of our digital operations, making a real difference in how we serve Alberta’s condo owners.

You’ll collaborate with a dedicated team of tech support, volunteer coordinators, marketing coordinators, and event coordinators to ensure smooth operations of the Wild Apricot platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain Wild Apricot, ensuring the system is fully functional and up to date.
Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize features to enhance user experience.
Assist in onboarding team members and volunteers onto Wild Apricot.
Ensure accurate records and data management within the platform.
Coordinate with other COF teams to integrate Wild Apricot into organizational workflows.
Qualifications and Skills:

Proficiency in Wild Apricot or similar membership management systems (training available if needed).
Familiarity with digital tools, including Google Workspace.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a detail-oriented approach.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
A passion for creating welcoming and user-friendly digital environments.
