Distress Centre

Distress Centre Calgary is here for people going through some of the most difficult times in their lives. Distress Centre provides 24 hour crisis support, professional counselling, youth peer support and referrals and navigation support through 211 and Coordinated Entry.

Volunteers at Distress Centre increase their skills, gain experience and build relationships, all while making a difference in the lives of others.
