d.talks is a vibrant organization dedicated to fostering design thinking and community engagement through innovative programming and events like Design Week. We rely on the passion and dedication of volunteers to help us achieve our mission and make a meaningful impact in the arts and design community.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting d.talks’ regular programming and Design Week initiatives by helping us maintain accurate and transparent financial records. Your contributions will directly enhance our operations and ensure the success of our 2025 programs and events.


WHAT WILL THE VOLUNTEER BE DOING?

Processing accounts payable invoices and reconciling payments.

Preparing and entering journal entries to keep our financial records up to date.

Recording and verifying donations and accounts receivable transactions.

Reconciling company credit card expenses and preparing monthly bank reconciliations.

Assisting with other financial tasks as needed to support our team.
