Are you skilled at setting up CRM systems or eager to gain hands-on experience with one? d.talks is looking for a volunteer to build our HubSpot CRM from the ground up! We need a system to effectively manage our volunteers, partners, and donors, and we’re looking for someone who can help us get it up and running. If you enjoy organizing information and setting up efficient workflows, this role is for you!

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING:
-Setting up HubSpot CRM from scratch to track volunteers, partners, and donors
-Creating a structured database for contact management
-Setting up workflows and tagging systems for easy communication
-Integrating HubSpot with existing tools, if needed
-Providing basic training or documentation for team members

WHAT SKILLS WE NEED FROM YOU:
-Experience with HubSpot CRM (or a similar CRM system)
-Strong organisational and data management skills
-Ability to problem-solve and create efficient workflows
-Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
