We’re looking for a Volunteer & HR assistant to help manage and onboard volunteers, maintain organizational tools, and ensure smooth internal communications. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational and communication skills, who enjoys helping teams stay connected and efficient. WHAT WILL THE VOLUNTEER BE DOING? Supporting volunteer onboarding and engagement processes. Organizing and maintaining files and workflows in Google Drive and Asana. Supporting volunteer recruitment and scheduling. Ensuring clear communication between volunteers and the team. Assisting in HR-related tasks such as tracking volunteer hours and training sessions. Collaborating with the team to improve internal processes. WHAT SKILLS WE NEED FROM VOLUNTEERS? Experience with volunteer coordination or HR-related tasks. Proficiency in Google Drive, Asana, and other organizational tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent time management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
