3D and Video Lead (Remote/Unpaid Volunteer)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the strategic pipeline of 3D and video production deliverables
Manage a team of 3D Artists and Video Editors to effectively delegate tasks
Cross-collaborate with Design and Development Leads to ensure 3D assets meet project requirements and optimize project direction
Conduct presentations and facilitate weekly standup meetings to monitor progress

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in 3D modeling, lighting, texturing, rigging, and animating
Experience in leading a team and video editing is preferred
Proficiency and access to programs such as Blender, Autodesk Maya, Maxon, CrazyTalk, Unreal engine, Unity or other equivalent 3D rendering and rigging software
Demonstrated portfolio of 3D and video projects
Ability to take initiative and stay up to date with industry trends
