Responsibilities:

Analyzing disputes, facilitating negotiations, and implementing effective solutions to conflict management strategies 
Facilitate mediation sessions between parties involved in disputes, utilizing your expertise to guide the conversation and promote open communication. 
Conducting conflict resolution workshops and training sessions

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience and proficiency in conflict resolution techniques and mediation processes. 
Ability to analyze complex disputes, identify underlying issues, and facilitate constructive dialogue to reach mutually agreeable solutions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential to navigate sensitive and challenging situations effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
