Are you a dedicated professional, eager to make a meaningful impact upon younger adults’ lives? Join Empowered Futures as a mentor and help younger adults overcome major challenges related to education and career opportunities. By guiding your mentees to become more experienced with valuable life skills and being "market-ready" for their careers, you'll equip them with the practical skills and confidence needed to shape their futures. Together, we can inspire and uplift the next generation of leaders. Our Mentorship Program empowers young adults by: Developing the necessary life skills for navigating the world successfully through many complex challenges and issues. Guiding them through the process of deciding which careers to consider, research and pursue. Equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to pursue remote job opportunities in a competitive global workforce. Providing them with general guidance and support. Prerequisites We are seeking individuals who: Possess expertise in their field and a strong understanding of the current job market and higher education pathways. Demonstrate empathy for the challenges faced by young adults (ages 19 through 26) throughout the world. Are deeply committed to making a tangible, positive impact in the lives of others.
