Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of Empowered Futures' digital mentorship program.
Design and oversee onboarding content and training processes for new mentors and mentees to ensure a seamless experience.
Strategize and optimize the digital mentorship platform by leveraging feedback and conducting rigorous testing.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance and other key stakeholders to assess and enhance the effectiveness of the mentorship curriculum.
Manage a team of Program Strategists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve program objectives.
Analyze program data to identify trends, measure impact, and develop actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Build partnerships with external organizations to expand the reach and impact of our mentorship initiatives.
Qualifications:
Passionate about mentorship and dedicated to inspiring the next generation of emerging adults.
Proven experience in program development, business strategy, or a related field.
Previous experience in a mentorship or leadership role is a strong asset.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to lead and motivate a diverse team.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
