Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote/Unpaid Volunteer)

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (posting job ads, screening applications, conducting interviews, candidate selection)
Source applicants through various mediums including cold outreach, social media, and headhunting
Collaborate with committee members to discuss talent needs.
Attend weekly team meetings every Tuesdays and Saturdays at 10:30 am and 10am MDT

Qualifications:

Any experience or studies relating to Talent Acquisition or Human Resources is an asset
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills.
