Information about this role: 

FYM is seeking youth with experience in social media navigation, public relations, and graphic design. The Marketing team promotes public-facing activities (like the Events Team's webinars) and recurring initiatives (like recruitment) on behalf of FYM. The Marketing Team designs, edits, and releases posts on FYM's social media pages, including an active Instagram page with several hundred followers. Marketing Team volunteers receive guidance from the Director of Marketing, who coordinates communication, provides feedback on visual designs, and outlines posting schedules.

Recommended Skills:

Strong design skills and an eye for detail. 
Highly motivated and self-driven.
Willingness to take initiative and contribute creatively.
Excellent time management.
Experience with managing social media is a strong asset, but not a necessity. 
Familiarity with and willingness to follow relevant copyright regulations. 

Estimated Time Commitment: 3 hours per week.
