Position Summary
To achieve our organizational goals, we offer a completely digital experience for our clients. In addition to our website, this includes 3 digital products: search engine (Google but for neighbourhood research), learning guides (Coursera for neighbourhood development), and our Creative Communities Lab (a talent hub for neighbourhood organizations). 

We also have several back end teams who support our work including finance, marketing & communications, and people & culture.

You will be responsible for working with our President to support our need to document our KPI’s, set up the data program needed to capture the data to inform the KPI’s and create dashboards. You will also be responsible for understanding our data, finding insights, and opportunities across the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for assisting the Board in capturing and accessing the data needed to answer important questions related to organizational performance. 

Qualifications
Graduated or enrolled in a University degree or College diploma or certificate program
Experience developing data programs
Experience with data visualization tools
Ability to use data to gather business insights
Effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team, a give and take approach but also the ability to stand up for something you feel strongly about
Experience in working with data and building dashboards
Ability to work with team members to build strategic plans
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A flexible, curious, and creative mentality
Strong organizational skills and an ability to keep on top of a workload
