Read our culture document before applying: https://medium.com/imagine-cities/building-a-culture-of-impact-and-growth-6b9c63a6abd3 Position Summary Our Creative Neighbourhood Lab is a digital tool that connects neighbourhood organizations with talent from post-secondary institutions to complete projects to build more thriving neighbourhoods. This could include marketing plans, analyzing data, or creating a project plan. As a Neighbourhood Project Facilitator, you are responsible for building relationships with neighbourhood organizations, learn about the neighbourhood and their needs, and work with the organization to create projects to submit to the Lab. In addition you are responsible for recruiting additional organizations to the platform. Qualifications Graduated or enrolled in a University degree, College diploma or certificate program Have an interest in urban planning, project planning, stakeholder engagement, or a related field You have great interpersonal skills and are comfortable with motivating others Possess creative skills, the ability to think outside of the box, and are adaptive to changing circumstances Strong analytical and problem-solving skills You experience rejection as an opportunity to learn and adapt Ability to work independently and as part of a team Have a passion for innovation and building strong neighbourhoods Strong organizational skills and an ability to keep on top of your workload Able to commit to one year with the organization Sound computer skills including operating Google Suite Strong interpersonal skills Application Process Please submit your resume to talent@imaginecities.com.
