Established in 2004, the ICSC has been a beacon for Muslims in the South East and South West communities of Calgary. Our motto, “Connecting Community to Allah Subhana-Wa’tala,” is the essence of our mission.

We are more than just a center; we are a home that values, appreciates, and recognizes the vital contributions of our volunteers. They are the lifeblood of our organization, helping sustain our services and programs. The work of our volunteers is fundamental to nurturing the growth and development of Calgary’s Muslim community, particularly our youth and children.

Volunteering with us is an opportunity to serve the community and support a cause that matters. It’s a chance to immerse yourself and your children in serving the religion, gaining Islamic knowledge, and developing skills in event & people management, administration, and organization. We welcome all volunteers, regardless of age, race, or gender. Our environment fosters polite and peaceful teamwork, personal development, and growth within the Islamic and local community. Our motto is not just a phrase; it’s a commitment: “Connecting Community to Religion and Allah Subhana-Wa’tala.”

As a chapter of the Muslim Council of Calgary (MCC), we are part of a larger network dedicated to serving the Muslim community. We are a registered non-profit organization, incorporated under the Alberta Government Societies Act, committed to making a difference.

Join us at ICSC, where community and faith come together.
