LearnPunjabiCa

LearnPunjabiCa is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to providing access to high-quality Punjabi education for all children, regardless of their socio-economic background or location. Our mission is to preserve and promote the Punjabi language, culture and heritage by providing opportunities for the next generation to learn and succeed.

The story behind LearnPunjabiCa began with a group of high school friends who noticed that many of their classmates, whose grandparents were from Punjab and were not fluent in English, struggled with everyday communication because they had never learned Punjabi. They realized that not everyone had the same opportunities that they did, such as attending schools where Punjabi was part of the curriculum. They were motivated to come together and work towards preserving their heritage, culture, and language by teaching the next generation this beautiful language.

As volunteers, you will be joining a dedicated team of individuals who share the same passion for preserving and promoting the Punjabi language, culture and heritage. By volunteering with LearnPunjabiCa, you will be making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families, by providing them with the opportunity to learn and succeed in their mother tongue. You will have the chance to help shape the future of our community by passing on the Punjabi language and culture to the next generation.
