Marketing Lead

Job Summary
The Marketing Lead will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to promote RISEC Community Foundation's programs and initiatives. This role requires a creative thinker with strong communication skills and a passion for empowering newcomers and refugees.

Job Responsibilities
Target Audience Identification: Utilize data-driven approaches to identify and target potential participants and volunteers, maximizing outreach effectiveness.
Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance program visibility and outreach.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the social media manager to create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and social media posts, aligned with our core values.
Social Media Management: Collaborate with the social media manager to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Public Relations: Manage media outreach and public relations efforts to foster positive relationships with stakeholders and the community.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Community Engagement: Build relationships with community partners, educational institutions, and businesses to promote collaborative initiatives supporting newcomers.
Market Research: Conduct Surveys and Feedback: Gather insights from participants and the community to understand their needs and improve services.

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant experience in Marketing.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Passion for social impact and understanding of the challenges faced by refugees and newcomers.

Certification or Education Required
