The Brenda Strafford Foundation (BSF) is a registered Canadian charitable organization established in 1975 by Dr. Barrie I. Strafford to honour his late wife, Brenda Strafford.

BSF's core business is seniors care. The Foundation now owns and operates five Long Term Care and Assisted Living seniors care facilities in Calgary, AB, and Okotoks, AB, with over 1000 beds and approximately 1100 staff. The foundation also provides local community programs including BSF’s ‘Heart Home Network’ – a second stage shelter providing a safe environment and services for women and children who are fleeing domestic violence. Internationally, BSF owns a variety of medical clinics and provides various healthcare services in Haiti, Jamaica, and Dominica to enhance the health, wellness, and quality of life of underserved regions in the Caribbean.
