Garden Studio Volunteer

Help support Unison’s Thrive Food Security programs by volunteering at our Garden Studio, a “plant store with a purpose” that brings people together while raising funds for essential community programs. As a Garden Studio volunteer, you will help sell houseplants, garden supplies, and décor, process payments, and contribute to creating a warm, welcoming environment that encourages connection and community. Ideal Skills & Experience - Interest or experience in houseplants, gardening, or horticulture - Strong customer service and communication skills - Comfort handling cash, manual money processing, daily balancing, and tracking sales - Basic computer skills (e.g., data entry using MS Excel or similar tools) Shift Availability Multiple shifts available Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
