Do you enjoy smiling? Do you find meeting new people and helping them find their way meaningful? Are you seeking a volunteer role that is engaging, inspiring and motivating? Then do we have the role for you!

WinSport's Welcome Team is filled with volunteers who provide incredible support to our guests. As a guest walks through our facility doors they are approached by a Welcome Team volunteer who says, "hi, how are you today? How can I support you?" As guests leave, they are waved out with a "See you next time."

Volunteers are witness to the sport journey of our guests from first falls, to first podium steps. Whether guests are there for recreation, development or competition, volunteers see it all, standing with parents, coaches and community cheerleaders. As a Welcome Team volunteer, you will be part of the inspiration and memories of all the guests you meet, keeping the '88 Olympic legacy alive.

The Welcome Team is stationed throughout the park, including both inside and outside the arenas, Day Lodge and at events.. The Welcome Team has become even more essential to our guest experience, as they are the first point of contact with our guests!
