Graphic Designer

Duties & Responsibilities: - Develop and design engaging graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, printed materials, and websites. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions. - Present design concepts and incorporate feedback to refine designs. - Utilize tools such as Canva (and Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop are preferred but not critical) to create visually appealing layouts. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to ensure innovative and effective designs. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Skills: - Proficiency in graphic design software Canva. Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop are preferred but not critical. - Strong understanding of web applications (We'll communicate on Basecamp). - Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively. - Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and details. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. *Please send your portfolio to admin@bcteal.org
Certification or Education Required
An academic background in Design or Communications. Please send your portfolio to admin@bcteal.org With knowledge of the EAL, EAP, ESL industry (preferred but not critical)
