Catalyst for Change Vietnam (C4C) is a not-for-profit organization. Founded in 2015 by Hong Tang as Coins for Change, our organization has been dedicated to making a positive impact on children and disadvantaged women through educational volunteerism, cultural immersion and empowerment. Over the years, we have evolved and expanded our services, offering educational, vocational, business, and mental health support through two flagship programs: Teach for Change and The Empowerment Plan.

We are actively looking for passionate international volunteers, through our free and paid program who can help teach English and languages in our partner women-led centers. The revenue generated from this activity will go to our Empowerment Plan program where we support disadvantaged women with emergency funds, vocational training, business sharing, and mental health support.
