Content and Email Marketing Specialist, Ben Stelter School Fundraiser (BSSF)

Role Overview: The Content and Email Marketing Specialist will create and manage BSSF newsletters email templates to send updates and marketing content throughout the fundraiser. **Content and Email Marketing Specialist applicants must be Grade 7 or above during the 2025 - 2026 school year. The role will mainly start in early September, 2025 however some setup will be required in the spring of 2025. The role will mainly end in December after the annual McDavid assembly. Key Responsibilities: ● Design newsletters to centralize information ● Design and create visually appealing email templates ● Implement marketing campaigns within articles and newsletters ● Design and assist in writing reference letters ● Work with rest of the team to ensure all departments are featured within updates ● Report to Assistant Director Saanvi Shah Incentives: ● Join and contribute to a passionate, growing, and successful team. ● Special reference letter written by Mike Stelter and Aariz Mawji ● An unforgettable learning & leadership experience, guiding hundreds of students in this wonderful initiative ● Gain valuable experience in operational coordination and project management. ● Work closely with senior leadership and contribute to large-scale initiatives.
