Data Collections Specialist – Ben Stelter School Fundraiser (BSSF)

The Data Collections Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the
Ben Stelter School Fundraiser. This position is responsible for creating and maintaining organizational
systems that help track events, collect and document data, and keep the team updated and organized.

Key Responsibilities:
● Tracking Events: Monitor and document event details, and outcomes to measure success and
identify areas for improvement.
● Data Collection & Documentation: Gather, record, and manage critical information related to
fundraising efforts, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
● Building Organizational Systems: Implement efficient processes to streamline workflows,
enhance team collaboration, and maintain clear communication across departments.


Qualifications:
● Experience in data collection, documentation, or administrative coordination (preferred but not
required).
● Proficiency in data management tools such as spreadsheets, databases, or project management
software.
● Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Skills:
● Organizational Skills: Ability to create and maintain efficient systems to keep data and
operations structured.
● Project & Event Tracking: Experience in monitoring and recording key information related to
events and initiatives.
● Communication & Team Coordination: Keeps the team informed and ensures smooth workflow
across departments.
● Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), databases, and
documentation tools.
