Operations Coordinator - Ben Stelter School Fundraiser (BSSF)

The Operations Coordinator will support various operational activities within the Ben Stelter School Fundraiser, focusing on administrative tasks, scheduling, interdepartmental communication, and goal/event coordination. This role involves working closely with the Deputy Directors to ensure smooth operations and successful execution of projects. Applicants must be in Grade 7 or higher in the 2026 school year. The role will begin immediately and is ongoing with the potential for future growth. Key Responsibilities: ● Booking & Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments, ensuring accurate scheduling and timely reminders. ● Administration & Policy Compliance: Handle routine administrative tasks and ensure all organizational policies and guidelines are followed. ● Collaboration with Deputy Directors: Work closely with the Deputy Directors, Anandita Shah and Aidan Arndt, to track project milestones, ensuring deadlines are met and projects stay on track. ● Project Coordination: Support the coordination of project timelines, documentation, and team progress to ensure the timely delivery of key initiatives. ● Continuous Improvement: Identify operational challenges and suggest improvements, ensuring processes are as efficient as possible. Qualifications & Skills: ● Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while ensuring accuracy and consistency across all activities. ● Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors. ● Technical Proficiency: Experience with office software and operational tools to track, document, and manage tasks. ● Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and maintain positive working interactions with colleagues, stakeholders, and external contacts.
