e4c’s Make Tax Time Pay (MTTP) is a year-round program that provides families and individuals with lower incomes with free income tax preparation, information, and applications on government benefits and subsidies, as well as financial resource information. It has helped over 3000 individuals resulting in over $14,000,000 returned in 2024 alone.   

Volunteers play a crucial role by bringing diverse skills, experience, and fresh perspectives that enhance e4c programs and services. Your contributions will help us expand our capacity to serve more individuals, foster stronger community engagement, and drive meaningful social change. We are seeking volunteers to support MTTP as phone filers who work from home to support persons served to file their taxes.

Additional Details & Skills Required

Volunteers will be given access to training videos, and have the opportunity to complete an in-person shadow shift if needed

Certification or Education Required

Current REP ID and EFile Number an asset, successful candidates must register with the CRA as volunteers with e4c
