Grant Writer

SMPF Grant Writer is responsible for researching, writing, and submitting grant proposals to secure funding that supports the organization’s programs and mission. This role plays a key part in expanding funding opportunities and sustaining operations.
Key Responsibilities
•	Research grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government sources
•	Write clear, compelling grant proposals and letters of inquiry
•	Gather required documents, budgets, and supporting materials
•	Track grant deadlines and submission schedules
•	Work with leadership to align proposals with programs and goals
•	Maintain records of submitted and awarded grants
•	Assist with grant reporting and follow-up as required
