Responsibilities: - Session Leadership: Organize and lead engaging music sessions, encouraging resident participation. - Song Selection: Choose a variety of familiar songs to cater to different tastes. - Resident Engagement: Interact with residents to ensure they feel included and valued. - Instrumental Accompaniment (optional): Enhance sessions by playing an instrument. Qualifications: -Passion for music and working with seniors. -Ability to lead and engage a group. -Strong communication skills and empathy. - Previous experience in music or working with seniors is a plus. Requirements: A vulnerable sector check and proof of COVID-19 vaccination are mandatory.
