Join our team as a Knitting Volunteer and share your passion for knitting, crocheting, and sewing with seniors in supportive and memory care. This role involves organizing knitting sessions that provide a creative outlet, promote relaxation, and foster community among residents.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in knitting, crocheting, or sewing activities with residents.
- Help staff encourage participation and interaction to build camaraderie.
- Help residents select and plan their projects.
- Assist staff in bringing residents to the club meet-up.

Time Commitment: Saturdays from 12:45 p.m. to 1:45 p.m.

Qualifications:
-Passion for knitting and working with seniors.
- Strong communication skills and empathy in interactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Previous experience in knitting or working with seniors is a plus.

Requirements: A vulnerable sector check and proof of COVID-19 vaccination are mandatory.
