Voices to Vision is a youth-led initiative empowering Black and newcomer youth with disabilities across Mississauga and Halton. Our mission is to create safe, inclusive spaces where young people can build leadership skills, access mentorship, and connect with community opportunities that support their growth. We focus on: Leadership Development – workshops, trainings, and real-world experiences that build confidence and decision-making skills. Mentorship Programs – connecting youth with supportive mentors who guide, encourage, and open doors to future opportunities. Advocacy & Community Engagement – amplifying youth voices, promoting accessibility, and strengthening inclusion across community networks. Peer Support & Belonging – creating a supportive environment where youth feel seen, valued, and empowered to lead. Through collective action, collaboration, and lived experience, Voices to Vision is transforming how youth with disabilities participate, lead, and influence change within their communities. Together, we turn every voice into a vision — and every vision into impact.
