Are you a detail-oriented individual with extensive bookkeeping experience? Looking for a meaningful way to give back to your community? Dress for Success Kelowna is seeking a volunteer bookkeeper to help us manage our financial records and support our mission of empowering women to achieve economic independence. What You’ll Do: · Record and maintain financial transactions · Reconcile accounts and prepare basic financial reports · Assist with tracking donations and program expenses · Work closely with the Executive Director to ensure accurate and timely financial documentation What We’re Looking For: · Proven experience with full cycle bookkeeping (QuickBooks experience is essential) · Strong organizational and communication skills · Ability to commit to approximately 2.5 hours per week · Someone with a flexible schedule – perfect for retirees or professionals seeking a rewarding volunteer role If you’re passionate about supporting a local non-profit and have the skills we need, we’d love to hear from you!
