What you can expect:
KCR Community Resources, with funding from Prospera Foundation, is launching the Community Crew to support local events and festivals with a group of trained and experienced volunteers that will fill critical frontline roles for event organizers and enhance the experience of event attendees. 

Key Responsibilities:

-Welcome event attendees and provide friendly assistance.
-Offer information about event schedules, facilities, and accessibility options.
-Serve as a connection between event organizers and attendees.
-Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all attendees.
-Represent the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion in all interactions.

Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly demeanor and a passion for serving the community.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Willingness to commit to at least one shift per month during the summer season.
Minimum age requirement: 16 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Families welcome!
