KGM Strides Route Volunteers needed! Saturday, May 10th!
Volunteer for KGM Strides Kelowna – Help Make Every Step Count! KGM Strides Kelowna is a fundraising 2k/5k walk and 10k run in support of Kelowna’s Gospel Mission. The funds raised help provide emergency shelter and transitional housing for people facing homelessness and poverty. We’re looking for friendly, reliable volunteers to help along the route. You’ll be stationed at a corner to guide participants and cheer them on. It’s a simple way to be part of something meaningful. Details: • Volunteer training takes place at 8:30 AM on Saturday, May 10th, 2025 • The walk starts at 10:00 AM and wraps up just after 12: PM or sooner • After your shift, enjoy a free meal and take home one of our new Strides shirts as a thank you! Bring a lawn chair if you like. Make sure you have transportation to get to your spot on the route
