Brighten someone’s day and meet a new friend. Volunteers in this role chat or visit with a local senior on a weekly basis. There are many seniors who need a friendly phone call, or a short visit in their driveway with a friend. If you like to chat or visit over a coffee this maybe the role for you.

Certification or Education Required

Demonstrate patience, understanding and empathy for seniors 
Pass a criminal record check for the vulnerable population 
Enjoy making small talk or visiting with people 
Provide two (non-family) references
