Volunteer Office and Information Packages Assistant

Role Overview
This position supports the efficient packaging, distribution, and tracking of information packages. Responsibilities include data entry, mail preparation, and organizing supplies to maintain smooth administrative operations.

Responsibilities & Time Commitment
- Prepare and distribute information packages  
- Maintain and update volunteer databases (training provided)  
- Organize and replenish resource storage areas

Time Commitment: Flexible 3-hour shifts during weekdays (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM); minimum 6-month commitment

Training
BTFC Orientation Training 

Preferred Experience
- Prior volunteer or office experience

Key Skills
- Strong attention to detail  
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively  
- Excellent time management  
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or database systems is an asset
Additional Details & Skills Required
Volunteer or work experience within an office setting preferred.
