We specialize in performing rigorous statistical review projects, utilizing comprehensive methodologies to analyze and synthesize existing research to uncover evidence-based solutions that address pressing issues. You will be involved in a systematic review, which involves a structured and comprehensive approach to synthesizing research evidence on a specific topic. The Project Manager at Evidentia Institute of Knowledge Synthesis will play a crucial role in overseeing systematic reviews and ensuring the successful execution of knowledge synthesis projects. This position involves coordinating interdisciplinary teams, managing timelines and resources, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to deliver high-quality research outputs. Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, including objectives, timelines, and milestones. Coordinate the activities of research teams, ensuring alignment with project goals. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including researchers, clinicians, and funding bodies. Foster collaborative relationships and facilitate discussions to gather insights and feedback. Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure project completion within budget and on schedule. Identify and address any resource gaps or challenges that may arise. Quality Assurance: Implement processes for quality control to ensure that systematic reviews meet rigorous methodological standards. Review and provide feedback on research protocols, reports, and presentations. Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, analyze performance metrics, and prepare regular updates for stakeholders. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues proactively. Attend the two hour meetings weekly. Training and Development: Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance team members' skills in systematic review methodologies and knowledge synthesis. Mentor junior staff and support their professional growth within the organization. Dissemination of Findings: Collaborate with team members to prepare publications, presentations, and other materials to disseminate research findings effectively. Engage with the broader research community to promote the Institute’s work and impact.
